The 357 rooms — split between the original tower and a new addition — keep the original ribbon windows and curved balconies on the heritage side. The property has direct beach frontage and runs an extensive beach club operation with private cabanas, food and beverage service, and water sports. The pool deck has been expanded post-renovation. Dining is led by Donna Mare Trattoria (Italian-coastal) and a more casual lobby café. The hotel sits between the Faena District and Mid-Beach's quieter residential blocks. The clientele is leisure-focused, returning Mid-Beach travelers, and design-history-aware.
